Our team of Escrow, Title and other service providers help us throughout the process to get the job done. Think of us as one big package deal when you hire any one of us at Glass Houss Realty. But once we consult with you about your needs, if we find out there are certain legal matters involved then we can help guide you and determine if it is necessary to hire an Attorney. And if that ends up being the case- we have plenty of amazing local Real Estate Attorneys we can refer you to.
What do I need to do with my home prior to contacting you for a free consultation if I am thinking of selling my home?
Absolutely nothing!! Please don't start spending your money or wracking your brain on what need's to be done. Leave that to the professionals- we will come over and recommend what is needed, if anything at all. We have found that some past client's do too much before meeting with us, so wait until we check out your homes. Our goal is to make sure you do the minimum necessary to net you the most money possible.
What percentage of the final home sale price do you charge when selling my home?
This is always negotiable! We tend to stick within the "standard" when it comes to Commissions but every situation is different. So let's discuss this when we meet you. Our end goal is whatever you pay us for our services, we make you back with our strong negotiation skills etc.! So you feel that you truly got every dollar that you deserved when we close the sale on your home.
How will you find potential buyers/renters for my property if I list my home with you?
We use extensive marketing platforms to blast market your listing online to hundreds of websites - Professional photos and videos- We do In Person marketing (Holding Broker Previews, Open Houses etc.) And the list goes on!
