Jennifer feels good communication is vital to facilitating a smooth and successful transaction.   It is easy for her to identify her clients fears and concerns and address them so the client can put their issues to rest quickly and rest assured everything will be handled satisfactorily.  It can be very overwhelming to people buying a home, especially as it is often the largest financial purchase of their life.  With her background and job skills her clients can feel they can trust her to do her job for them to pave the way for a smooth close. Jennifer knows that life can often take unexpected turns and wonderful things can come from the courage to pursue a new path – or a new home. Before transitioning into Real Estate, Jennifer had a corporate career in Human Resources.  As an HR professional where people skills were of paramount importance, proved to be the perfect skill set for the real estate career she embraced in 2009.  Jennifer and her husband lives’ are centered around family and their business. When she is not busy helping buyers and sellers, you can find Jennifer on the golf course with her family.   Jennifer has a soft spot for helping seniors and also embraces the opportunity to help  people and especially families enjoy Orange County’s lifestyle especially in South Orange County and the coastal communities from Carlsbad on up to South Orange County. Jennifer is originally from Minnesota and moved West to Las Vegas in 1997 where she pursued a career in Human Resources.  She restructured and managed Human Resources Departments for several different companies within the Eleven years she lived in there.   Only to move to Southern California in 2009 and to change careers to residential Real Estate.  Jennifer loves the idea of managing her own business from home and being present and available for her family.
